Organizing a lunch for 10, 20, or 50 employees is often a logistical challenge. But when you have to take into account everyone's dietary requirements (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, shellfish allergies...), it becomes a real headache for the Office Manager.

At Tartineke, we take food safety very seriously. We know that an allergic reaction has no place in a meeting. Here is how we help you order with peace of mind.

Total transparency on our ingredients

No guessing games. For every sandwich, salad, and dessert, we maintain an accurate list of allergens present.

For our bread, the central element of our boxes, we collaborate with the artisan workshop So Bake It (Wavre). This direct proximity with our baker allows us to know the exact composition of every loaf, from the flours used to the types of seeds (sesame, poppy, etc.), ensuring flawless traceability.

You can check our allergen table at any time to verify the composition of a "Kennedy" or a "Complètement Marteau".

Individual labeling to avoid mistakes

The biggest risk with a classic catering buffet (surprise breads) is not knowing what you are eating.

With our individual Box Tartines system:

  • Clear identification: Each box has a label indicating the variety.
  • No confusion: The vegetarian or fish-free meal is clearly separated from the others. The allergic colleague receives their own closed and secure box.
  • Enhanced hygiene: Individual packaging limits the risk of cross-contamination during serving.

Tasty alternatives for everyone

Being intolerant doesn't mean having to eat a green salad without dressing. Our chef has designed inclusive recipes:

  • Vegetarian & Vegan: Like our "Moumouss Végan" which excludes all animal products (and therefore eggs and lactose).
  • Meat and fish-free: Plenty of flavorful vegetarian options.
