The base: The « Bien Belge »

Forget reconstituted ham and plastic cheese. Our Club Bien Belge is an ode to our terroir:

• Ham on the bone: Real ham with texture and taste.
• Belgian Organic Gouda: A creamy cheese, respectfully produced locally.
• Organic Egg: For the richness and flavour.
• Freshness: Tomatoes, cucumbers, grated carrots, and crisp lettuce.

Because you can love the structure of the Club but still want to vary the pleasures, we have adapted this format into two bold versions:

1. The Club 2.0 (The chic touch)

This is the « luxury » version of the classic. We keep the ham on the bone and Organic Gouda base, but replace the classic mayonnaise with a truffle mayonnaise and add fried onions. It is crispy, fragrant, and irresistible.

2. The Club d’Orval (The Walloon pride)

Attention character cheese lovers! Here, the Gouda gives way to the famous Orval Cheese. We pair it with a Honey-Mustard sauce that perfectly enhances the Trappist taste. An absolute best-seller.
