At Tartineke, we are proud to announce our new star suggestion: the Pastra-Club. A creation that celebrates this exceptional product.

Anatomy of a Perfect Sandwich

To honor such noble meat, we needed a recipe to match. Here is a closer look at what our Chef imagined for this Club:

  • The Star: Dierendonck Pastrami. Beef that has been dried, spiced, and smoked with unique expertise. It is tender, fragrant, and melts in your mouth.
  • The Zing: USA Mustard. The traditional partner for pastrami. A mild, yellow mustard that enhances the smoky flavor without overpowering it.
  • The Crunch: Sweet and Sour Pickles. Large slices of pickles to provide that essential acidity that cuts through the richness and wakes up the palate.
  • The Umami: Parmesan Shavings. Rather than standard sliced cheese, we opted for the refinement of aged Italian Parmesan.
