House-made meat
Our roast beef is cooked every morning in our kitchen. Sliced at service time for the La Nonna and L'Humanitaire sandwiches.
Ham and cheese
Bone ham and a selection of Belgian cheeses. Traditional charcuterie and cheese-making, artisanal quality.
Belgian BIO gouda
Belgian BIO gouda with firm paste, matured the traditional way. The cheese that gives character to our sandwiches and croque-monsieurs.
Artisanal brie
Creamy brie from a Belgian artisanal cheese maker. Soft cheese with bloomy rind, perfect for our tartines and sandwiches that need meltiness.
Belgian mozzarella
BIO buffalo mozzarella from an organic farm in Neufchateau. The creamy, melting mozzarella in our L'Olivia and On se laisse aller.
Gluten-free bread
Seed bread specially baked for gluten-intolerant guests. An artisanal bakery dedicated to gluten-free.

All our catering packaging is recyclable and compostable cardboard. No single-use plastic.
Filet americain, pulled pork, chicken salads, guacamole, pickles, mayonnaises: prepared every morning in our kitchen. Zero industrial product.
