Data collected

We collect only the strictly necessary data:

• Contact / quote form: last name, first name, email, phone, message, requested services. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Visitor statistics: pages visited, duration, device type, source of visit, approximate (anonymised) city. Legal basis: your consent (analytics cookies).

Processing purposes

• Respond to your information requests and prepare a quote.
• Improve the quality of our site and services.
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations (10 years for invoices).

Retention period

• Form requests: 3 years after last contact.
• Accounting data and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Anonymised analytics data: 26 months maximum.

Processors

We use selected providers for the proper functioning of the site:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting. Transfer covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Brevo SA (France) — sending transactional emails (contact form).
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) — Google Analytics 4, anonymised audience measurement. Activated only after your consent.

Cookies

The site uses two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: necessary for the site to function. No consent required.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): placed only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time via your browser settings or by clearing the site's cookies.
